Transliteration

aśaktasya tathāṃdhasya paṃgoryāyāvarasya ca | vihitaṃ kāraṇāyānamacchidre brāhmaṇe kutaḥ

Translation

对于无力者、盲者、跛者以及云游行乞的修行者，因正当缘由而受扶持出行是被允许的；但对无瑕的婆罗门而言，又有什么理由可以为这种依赖辩护呢？
