daivajñaiḥ kalitaḥ kāla eṣa eva śubhodayaḥ | yathā kālātyayo na syāttathā nītirvidhīyatām

此刻正是占星者所推算的吉时，乃善缘初起之瑞；故当安排妥当法度，使不致错过正当时辰而延误。
