Transliteration

caturddaśyāṃ maheśānaṃ paurṇamāsyāṃ pitāmaham | ye'rcayanti ca saptamyāṃ tulasyā ca gaṇādhipam

Translation

凡于月相第十四日礼拜大自在天（Maheśāna），于满月日礼拜祖父神（Pitāmaha，即梵天 Brahmā），并于第七日以图拉西（tulasī）供奉群主（Gaṇādhipa，即伽内沙 Gaṇeśa）者——皆得功德。
