Pitṛs (ancestors), as quoted within the Dvārakā-māhātmya context
Tirtha: Gomatī-tīrtha (Dvārakā)
Type: river/ghat
Listener: Pilgrims/recipients of Dvārakā-māhātmya
Scene: On the banks of the Gomati, a devotee completes a river bath, offers worship to Kṛṣṇa, and then performs śrāddha with piṇḍa offerings for sapinḍa relatives, while unseen Pitṛs receive the rite.
Faithful tīrtha-bathing, Kṛṣṇa-worship, and śrāddha together become a complete act of dharma that supports both devotion and ancestral uplift.
The river Gomatī at Dvārakā (especially its sacred bathing context connected to Kṛṣṇa).
Snāna in the Gomatī, worship of Kṛṣṇa, and performance of sapiṇḍa-śrāddha (ancestral rite with sapinda offerings).
