Transliteration

lobhenā'pyaparādhena dambhena kapaṭena vā | cakratīrthaṃ ca yo gacchenna punarviśate bhavam

Translation

即使有人因贪欲而往，或带罪而行，或以矫饰欺诳之心前至轮圣渡口（Cakratīrtha），此人亦不复再入世间生有（bhava），不再轮回受生。
