Transliteration

devakīnandanasyārthe rathaṃ kārāpayanti ye | kalpāṃtaṃ viṣṇuloke te vasanti pitṛbhiḥ saha

Translation

凡为提婆姬之子（圣黑天）而令造车者，将与祖先同住毗湿奴之界，直至劫尽（kalpa 终）。
