विना कृष्णस्य पूजां च रुद्राद्यास्त्रिदिवौकसः । पूजिता नैव कुर्वंति तुष्टिं पुत्र पितामहाः
vinā kṛṣṇasya pūjāṃ ca rudrādyāstridivaukasaḥ | pūjitā naiva kurvaṃti tuṣṭiṃ putra pitāmahāḥ
若无对克里希纳的供奉,即便礼拜居于天界的鲁陀罗等诸神,他们也不赐圆满的满足;同样地,孩子啊,诸祖灵(Pitṛ)亦不得安慰。
Pitṛs (ancestral beings), addressing a descendant (son)
Tirtha: Dvāravatī (Dvārakā)
Type: kshetra
Listener: putra (son) addressed in the verse
Scene: A ritual scene: a householder offers flowers to Rudra and other devatās, yet the offerings appear ‘unreceived’ until Kṛṣṇa is worshipped; pitṛs in subtle form remain unsatisfied until Kṛṣṇa-smaraṇa is done.
Devotional worship of Śrī Kṛṣṇa is presented as foundational; without it, even other worship and rites fail to yield full divine and ancestral satisfaction.
The wider context is Dvārakā Māhātmya in Prabhāsa Khaṇḍa, pointing toward Dvārakā as the place where Kṛṣṇa’s worship and darśana are especially fruitful.
Kṛṣṇa-pūjā (worship of Kṛṣṇa) is stressed as the key religious act that ensures both deva-prasāda and pitṛ-tṛpti.
