Transliteration

kuśena daityarājena sevitāṃ pālitāṃ tathā | bahumleccha samākīrṇāmadharmopārjakairjanaiḥ

Translation

那片土地由代提耶之王库沙（Kuśa）所侍奉并统治；其中充斥着众多弥勒叉（mleccha），以及以非正法（adharma）为生的人们。
