在北行转日(Uttarāyaṇa Saṅkrānti)之时,以“灵伽圆满礼”(liṅga-pūraṇa,充盈/成就灵伽之仪)修行;尤其在湿婆夜(Śivarātri)中,与乌玛同礼敬(湿婆),并通宵守夜者,将得至上之界。
