हा पुत्रपुत्र करुणं रुदित्वा धर्मवत्सलः । अनामंत्र्य च मां कस्माद्दीर्घं पंथानमाश्रितः
hā putraputra karuṇaṃ ruditvā dharmavatsalaḥ | anāmaṃtrya ca māṃ kasmāddīrghaṃ paṃthānamāśritaḥ
“哀哉，我儿，我儿！”他悲切而哭，笃爱正法（dharma）。“为何连告别也不曾，便踏上这漫长之路？”
