Transliteration

phālgunāntacaturddaśyāṃ sumaheśvarasannidhau | dharmāṇyetāni sarvāṇi kalāṃ nārhaṃti ṣoḍaśīm

Translation

在法尔古那月将尽之四十四日（Caturdaśī），于苏摩诃伊湿伐罗之前，一切诸般法行，亦不及其功德的十六分之一。
