Transliteration

vināyakaṃ samuddiśya puraḥ kuṇḍe karātmake | caturasre yoniyute mekhalābhirvibhūṣite

Translation

将仪轨奉献于毗那夜迦（Vināyaka），应在前方安置火坛而行；火坛依正量制成，呈方形，具“阴门”基座（yoni），并以环绕的界线（mekhalā）庄严装饰。
