Transliteration

yastu māghacaturddaśyāṃ somavāre nṛpottama | śuklāyāṃ vātha kṛṣṇāyāṃ spṛṣṭvā siddho bhavennaraḥ

Translation

然而，至上的君王啊，凡在摩伽月（Māgha）第十四日、恰逢星期一之时——无论白半月或黑半月——触及那圣地/圣物者，便得成就。
