श्रीनारद उवाच । सांप्रतं धरणी प्राप्ता चतुर्वक्त्रस्य संनिधौ । रोरूयमाणा भारार्ता दानवैः पीडिता भृशम् । प्रोवाच पद्मजं तत्र दुःखेन महताऽन्विता
śrīnārada uvāca | sāṃprataṃ dharaṇī prāptā caturvaktrasya saṃnidhau | rorūyamāṇā bhārārtā dānavaiḥ pīḍitā bhṛśam | provāca padmajaṃ tatra duḥkhena mahatā'nvitā
圣者那罗陀说道：“当时，大地来到四面者（梵天）之前。她哭泣哀号，负重而困，被达那婆极其逼迫；在彼处，她怀着深重忧苦，对莲华所生者诉说。”
