Transliteration

evaṃ tatra samāsādya siddhiṃ maṃtrasamudbhavām | tatra pīṭhe tataḥ kṛtyaṃ sādhayetsvecchayā naraḥ

Translation

如是，在彼处得由真言所生之悉地（siddhi）后，此人便能于彼神圣之座（pīṭha）随心成就所欲之事。
