तस्यामासीद्द्विजश्रेष्ठो गोकर्ण इति विश्रुतः । वेदाध्ययनसंपन्नः सर्वशास्त्रविचक्षणः

tasyāmāsīddvijaśreṣṭho gokarṇa iti viśrutaḥ | vedādhyayanasaṃpannaḥ sarvaśāstravicakṣaṇaḥ

在那城中住着一位最胜婆罗门,名闻遐迩,号为瞿迦尔那(Gokarṇa);他精勤研习吠陀,通达一切论典(śāstra)。
