। सूत उवाच । तस्यैव पश्चिमे भागे मृगतीर्थमनुत्तमम् । अस्ति पुण्यतमं ख्यातं समस्ते धरणीतले । तत्र ये मानवास्तीर्थे सम्यक्छ्रद्धासमन्विताः । चैत्रशुक्लचतुर्दश्यां स्नानं कुर्वंतिभास्करे
| sūta uvāca | tasyaiva paścime bhāge mṛgatīrthamanuttamam | asti puṇyatamaṃ khyātaṃ samaste dharaṇītale | tatra ye mānavāstīrthe samyakchraddhāsamanvitāḥ | caitraśuklacaturdaśyāṃ snānaṃ kurvaṃtibhāskare
苏多说道：就在那片地域的西方，有一处无上圣渡名为“鹿圣地”（Mṛgatīrtha），以至极功德而闻名于整个大地。凡人若具坚固信心，于恰伊特罗月明半第十四日，在日出之时于彼 tīrtha 沐浴，便得广大法德功德。
