Transliteration

mlecchaiḥ spṛṣṭānyasaṃdigdhaṃ prayāgādīni kṛtsnaśaḥ | yajñastu vihitastena bhayāyaṃ tatkṛtena ca

Translation

确实无疑，像普拉雅伽等一切圣地，都因被“弥勒叉”(mleccha)触碰而尽皆染污。因此他安排了祭祀（yajña），而因其所为，恐惧也随之生起。
