rājā bhūtvā na yaḥ samyagvicārayati vādinam | tasya tatpātakaṃ ghoraṃ rājñaścaiva prajāyate

若有人虽为国王，却不如理审察诉讼者之陈词，则那可怖之罪，确实生于此王身上。
