噢,帕尔塔,他得成如鲁陀罗般之身,由此再返(入轮回 saṃsāra)极为难得。因此,这座伟大的圣池被称念为“巴呼达迦”(Bahūdaka)。
Nārada
Tirtha: Bahūdaka (Mahākuṇḍa)
Type: kund
Listener: Pārtha (Arjuna)
Scene: A devotee, after austerity and tīrtha worship, is shown transfigured into a radiant Rudra-like form—ash-smeared, matted locks, trident aura—standing by the great pool; the water reflects a cosmic glow.
Association with a mahā-tīrtha and right devotion can elevate one toward Rudra-like liberation, making rebirth unlikely.
The Mahākuṇḍa known as Bahūdaka.
Implicitly, the tīrtha’s sanctity is affirmed; the explicit practices (snāna/pūjā) are stated in surrounding verses.
