परिक्रम्य शनैर्जह्याल्लोहपिंडं ततः क्षितौ । विपत्रहस्तं तं पश्चात्कारयेद्व्रीहिमर्दनम्

缓缓绕行之后，他应将那铁块掷于地上。随后，双手除去叶片之后，应令其碾压（或搓揉）米粒。
