तस्यैव हेतोः प्रयतेत्कोविदो यन्न दुःखवित् । कालेन घोररुपेण गंभीरेण समाहितः
tasyaiva hetoḥ prayatetkovido yanna duḥkhavit | kālena ghorarupeṇa gaṃbhīreṇa samāhitaḥ
正因如此，智者——不愿成为“知苦之人”者——应当勤勉精进，摄心专注，常念时劫（时间）那可怖而深不可测的形相。
