Transliteration

snātvā kūpe'rcayedīśaṃ siddheśvaramananyadhīḥ | prabhūtabhavasaṃbhūtapāpaṃ tasya vilīyate

Translation

于此井沐浴之后，当以不二之心礼敬供奉主宰悉地湿伐罗（Siddheśvara）。其由轮回世有所生的重重罪业，皆为之消融。
