petuḥ khātpuṣpavarṣāṇi devavādyāni sasvanuḥ | evaṃ staṃbhaṃ samāropya jayākhyaṃ viśvanaṃdakaḥ

Translation

天降花雨，诸天乐器齐鸣回响。于是，斯甘达——令诸世界欢悦者——立起名为“阇耶”（胜利）的圣柱，继而前行。
