Transliteration

daśavarṣasahasrāṇi taponiṣṭhā tu tapsyase | vajrasāramayairaṃgairacchedyairāyasairdṛḍhaiḥ

Translation

你安住于苦行，将修持塔帕斯一万年；随后得一子，其肢体由金刚之精髓所成，不可斩断，坚如铁石，稳固不动。
