Transliteration

kiṃcitkāśyā udīcyāṃ ca gatvā devena cakriṇā | svasthityai kalpitaṃ sthānaṃ dharmakṣetramitīritam

Translation

持轮之主（Cakrin）自迦尸稍往北行，营造一处供自身安住之地；此处被称为“达摩刹多罗”（Dharmakṣetra），即“法之原野”。
