Transliteration

patattriṇo pimucyaṃte yaṃ kurvāṇāḥ pradakṣiṇam | svecchayā vicaraṃtaḥ khe khecarā api devatāḥ

Translation

即便诸飞行之众，行其右绕（pradakṣiṇa）亦得解脱；诸天亦然——以“空行者”（khecara）游于天际，随意往来其间。
