他怀着与生俱来的严峻,遂成可敬之师,甚至为高丽之师。既恭敬礼拜商婆,又借其女献上一串花鬘,虽商婆本为宇宙之师。
Skanda (contextual attribution: Kāśīkhaṇḍa commonly Skanda → Agastya)
Scene: A stern yet radiant preceptor, after worshipping Śambhu, places a flower-garland upon the Lord; the contrast of the devotee’s gravity and Śiva’s cosmic serenity is emphasized.
Even the cosmic Guru (Śiva) is approached with humble worship; devotion refines authority and makes true ‘guruhood’ sacred.
The broader setting is Kāśī (Vārāṇasī) in the Kāśīkhaṇḍa, where Śiva’s presence and worship are repeatedly praised.
Pūjā of Śambhu, including offering a garland (srajā-arpana).
