dvijāḥ paṃcasahasrāṇi carato vipulaṃ tapaḥ | daṃḍakhātānmahātīrthādājagmurdevadarśane

Translation

五千位二生圣者，勤修广大苦行，自名为“檀杖坑”(Daṇḍakhāta)的大圣地而来，为求在迦尸(Kāśī)得见主尊的吉祥达尔善(darśana)。
