vidhavā kabarībaṃdho bhartṛbaṃdhāya jāyate | śiraso vapanaṃ tasmātkāryaṃ vidhavayā sadā

Translation

对寡妇而言，束起发髻被说成会成为对亡夫的系缚；因此寡妇应当常行剃发之仪。
