स्नात्वा गंगामृते शुद्धे तप एतदिहोत्तमम् । सत्कृत्य भिक्षवे भिक्षा यत्काश्यां परिदीयते । तुला पुरुष एतस्याः कलां नार्हति षोडशीम्
snātvā gaṃgāmṛte śuddhe tapa etadihottamam | satkṛtya bhikṣave bhikṣā yatkāśyāṃ paridīyate | tulā puruṣa etasyāḥ kalāṃ nārhati ṣoḍaśīm
沐浴于清净如甘露的恒河之后，此处最上之苦行便是：恭敬出家行乞者，于迦尸施舍布施。著名的“图拉·普鲁沙”仪轨，其功德亦不及此功德的十六分之一。
