नाभेरधस्तु तिसृभिः पादौ षड्भिर्विशोधयेत् । मज्जेत्प्रवाहाभिमुख आपो अस्मानिमं जपन्
nābheradhastu tisṛbhiḥ pādau ṣaḍbhirviśodhayet | majjetpravāhābhimukha āpo asmānimaṃ japan
脐下以三份土净洁，双足以六份土净洁；随后面向水流，诵“āpo asmān”真言而入水沉浸。
