अथेश्वरः पद्मयोनेः श्रुत्वा गर्ववतीं गिरम् । सकोपतः समुत्पाद्य पुरुषं भैरवाकृतिम्
atheśvaraḥ padmayoneḥ śrutvā garvavatīṃ giram | sakopataḥ samutpādya puruṣaṃ bhairavākṛtim
于是主宰听闻莲华所生者（梵天）傲慢之言，忿然生起一位具怖畏相、现为婆罗婆（Bhairava）之形的存在。
