अथ तिष्ठंतु कठिनाः प्राणाः कंठाटवीतटे । तपस्यंतोतिसंतप्तास्तपसे त्वयि यास्यति

那么，就让这坚硬的生命之息停驻在我喉之森林的岸边；在苦行之热中灼燃，它们将随你同赴你的修持。
