Transliteration

prapā kāryā ca vaiśākhe deve deyā galaṃtikā | uśīraṃ vyajanaṃ chatraṃ sūkṣmavāsāṃsi caṃdanam

Translation

在毗舍佉月（Vaiśākha），应设立施水亭（prapā），并为神圣供奉献上滤水器（galaṃtikā）。又当布施芳香的乌湿罗草（uśīra）、扇、伞、细软衣服与檀香。
