ततस्त्वेकार्णवीभूते सर्वतः सलिलावृते । जगत्कृत्वोदरे सर्वं सुष्वाप भगवान्हरः
tatastvekārṇavībhūte sarvataḥ salilāvṛte | jagatkṛtvodare sarvaṃ suṣvāpa bhagavānharaḥ
继而，当万有化作一片大海，四方尽为水所覆时，吉祥的诃罗（湿婆）将整个宇宙纳入腹中，遂卧而入睡。
