Śiva’s Freedom from Bondage and His Cosmic Support
yasmātparaṃ nāparamasti kiṃcidyasmānnāṇīyo na jyāyo 'sti kiṃcit | vṛkṣa iva stabdho divi tiṣṭhatyekastenedaṃ pūrṇaṃ puruṣeṇa sarvam

It declares Shiva as the unsurpassed Supreme Reality—beyond comparison as either greater or subtler—who remains changeless while fully pervading and completing the entire cosmos, guiding the seeker toward liberation through knowledge of Pati (the Lord).
Though Shiva is described as transcendent and incomparable, His all-pervasion supports Saguna worship: the Linga becomes a focused, sacred support for contemplating the same One who is beyond all yet present in all.
Meditate steadily on Shiva as the One, motionless and all-pervading—japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with a calm, unwavering mind is the direct takeaway.
