Transliteration

pratisargaprasūtānāṃ brahmaṇāṃ śāstravistaram | upadeṣṭā sa evādau kālāvacchedavartinām

Translation

对于每一轮再创之中出生的诸梵天（Brahmā），唯有祂在最初之时，为一切受时间界限所拘的众生，广宣并开示经典教法的全体广大。
