शिवशक्त्यैक्य-तत्त्वविचारः / Inquiry into the Unity of Śiva and Śakti
Para–Apara Ontology
येयमुक्ता विभूतिर्वै प्राकृती सा परा मता । अप्राकृतां परामन्यां गुह्यां गुह्यविदो विदुः
yeyamuktā vibhūtirvai prākṛtī sā parā matā | aprākṛtāṃ parāmanyāṃ guhyāṃ guhyavido viduḥ
此处所说的显现(vibhūti)确属自性界(Prakṛti),却被称为“更高”。然而通达密义者了知另有一种至上显现——非物质、超越自性界,且真正幽隐。

It distinguishes between a ‘higher’ manifestation still within Prakṛti (the realm of change and qualities) and an even more secret, supreme reality beyond Prakṛti—pointing the seeker from worldly and subtle attainments toward transcendent liberation under Shiva’s grace.
Linga and saguna worship can begin within the domain of Prakṛti (form, symbol, ritual), yet it is meant to mature into realization of Shiva as the aprākṛta—beyond material nature—so the symbol leads the mind to the formless, supreme Pati.
Use disciplined Shiva-upāsanā—japa of the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with inward meditation—so devotion does not stop at external or subtle ‘vibhūti’ but turns toward the hidden, transcendent Shiva beyond Prakṛti.
