शिवशक्त्यैक्य-तत्त्वविचारः / Inquiry into the Unity of Śiva and Śakti

चंद्रो न खलु भात्येष यथा चंद्रिकया विना । न भाति विद्यमानो ऽपि तथा शक्त्या विना शिवः
caṃdro na khalu bhātyeṣa yathā caṃdrikayā vinā | na bhāti vidyamāno 'pi tathā śaktyā vinā śivaḥ
正如没有月光，月亮就不会真正闪耀；同样，尽管湿婆永恒存在，但如果没有性力（Shakti），他也无法显现。
