以二圣之命为最上而奉行,愿他们赐我所求之愿。噢,你依止于湿婆之“髻顶圣相”(Śikhā-mūrti)之形,属于湿婆与湿婆妃(帕尔瓦蒂)二者。

It emphasizes śaraṇāgati (taking refuge) in Śiva together with Śivā (Shakti), and the humility of placing divine instruction first—an essential Shaiva Siddhanta attitude for receiving grace (anugraha).
The verse addresses Śiva as approachable through a specific form (mūrti), reflecting Saguna worship where the devotee seeks boons by honoring the Lord’s and the Goddess’s will—often expressed through Linga-centered devotion guided by their command.
A practical takeaway is to begin worship by explicitly offering obedience to Śiva-Śivā’s injunctions (niyama), then pray for one’s wish with mantra-japa—especially the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—as an act of disciplined devotion.
