Pañcāvaraṇa-mārga Stotra to Yogeśvara Śiva
परस्परविरुद्धार्थाः शिवप्रकृतिपादकाः । सत्कृत्य शिवयोराज्ञां मंगलं प्रदिशंतु मे
parasparaviruddhārthāḥ śivaprakṛtipādakāḥ | satkṛtya śivayorājñāṃ maṃgalaṃ pradiśaṃtu me
纵然其义似乎彼此相违,终究皆在宣示湿婆的真实本性。既已恭敬奉行湿婆之命,愿它们赐我吉祥。

It teaches that apparent contradictions in teachings are reconciled when seen through Śiva-tattva: all valid instructions ultimately point to Śiva as the supreme Pati, and honoring His injunction leads to maṅgala (spiritual auspiciousness).
By affirming that diverse teachings converge on Śiva’s nature, it supports Saguna upāsanā—such as Liṅga worship—as an authorized means under Śiva’s command to realize the deeper, transcendent reality He signifies.
The practical takeaway is obedience to Śiva’s ājñā through disciplined worship—regular japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī), reverent pūjā of the Liṅga, and maintaining purity and devotion so that worship becomes a channel of maṅgala.
