Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Type: stotra
Role: teaching
It teaches that the Supreme Śiva (Pati) pervades all existence through ordered manifestations—Brahmā, Viṣṇu, Rudra, Maheśāna, and Sadāśiva—and also through the deeper ‘Pañcabrahma’ principle, affirming that nothing is outside His presence or governance.
The Liṅga is worshipped as the all-pervading Śiva who is beyond limitation yet accessible through forms. This verse supports Saguna-upāsanā by validating multiple divine modes of Śiva’s functioning while implying the one Reality they express.
A practical takeaway is pañcabrahma-dhyāna—contemplating Śiva’s fivefold presence—combined with japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” using the awareness that the Lord pervades all beings and all directions.
