Transliteration

śaktiścājñā madeśasya śivasya paramātmanaḥ | tasmātkāmyāni karmāṇi kuryādājñādharodvijaḥ

Translation

神力（Śakti）与圣命（ājñā）正是我——至上自性之湿婆（Śiva）的法令。因此，噢二次生者，持守此圣命者，当依其而行所愿之祭仪（kāmya）。
