Transliteration

mārute mārutaṃ viṣṇuṃ nairṛte vidhimaiśvare | bahiḥpadmasya vajrādyānyabjāṃtānyāyudhānyapi

Translation

于风方（西北）安置伐由；于尼利提之方（西南）安置毗湿奴；于主宰之方（东北）安置梵天。并且在外层莲华上，亦有自金刚杵起的诸武器，以及其他“莲生”的种种兵器。
