因此,即便不必遍身涂灰,也当唯独绘出 Tripuṇḍra 三道圣纹。并应佩戴 Rudrākṣa(鲁陀罗眼)念珠:于头顶、颈间、耳上,以及手上亦然。
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Rudra
Type: panchakshara
It teaches the visible and inward alignment with Pati (Shiva) through Shaiva insignia—Tripuṇḍra and Rudrākṣa—signs of devotion, purity, and remembrance that support liberation by loosening bondage (pāśa).
Tripuṇḍra and Rudrākṣa are external aids for Saguna Shiva worship, preparing the devotee for Linga-pūjā by establishing Shaiva identity, reverence, and steadiness of mind focused on Shiva.
Mark the Tripuṇḍra even if full bhasma-smearing is not possible, and wear Rudrākṣa on the head/neck/ears/hands as a constant support for japa, devotion, and mindful remembrance of Shiva.
