Transliteration

śāsanāddevadevasya śivasya śivadāyinaḥ | tanmātrāṇyapi tasyaiva śāsanena mahīyasā

Translation

凭借湿婆——诸神之神、赐吉祥者——至高的敕令，连诸微细元素（坦摩多罗）亦唯依其命而住，皆由他宏伟的威令所摄持与统御。
