शासनाद्देवदेवस्य शिवस्य शिवदायिनः । तन्मात्राण्यपि तस्यैव शासनेन महीयसा
śāsanāddevadevasya śivasya śivadāyinaḥ | tanmātrāṇyapi tasyaiva śāsanena mahīyasā
凭借湿婆——诸神之神、赐吉祥者——至高的敕令,连诸微细元素(坦摩多罗)亦唯依其命而住,皆由他宏伟的威令所摄持与统御。

A practical takeaway is sense-restraint with japa—especially the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya)—contemplating Shiva as the inner ruler of sound, touch, form, taste, and smell, offering them back to Him in devotion.
