噢女神,诸天之主宰者,你当恒常观想于我;并应不断持诵六字真言(ṣaḍakṣara)。所谓“吠陀所宣说的一切法(dharma)”——此即法之宗旨的总摄与精髓。
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Type: panchakshara
Shakti Form: Umā
Role: teaching
It presents a Shaiva Siddhanta-style sadhana summary: constant meditation on Pati (Śiva) and steady japa of His mantra as the practical essence of Vedic dharma leading toward liberation.
Meditation and japa here imply Saguna upasana—fixing the mind on Śiva as the gracious Lord who can be worshipped through form (including the Liṅga) while revealing the highest truth behind Vedic dharma.
Daily japa of the six-syllabled mantra with sustained dhyāna on Śiva—ideally supported by Shaiva disciplines such as purity, devotion, and regular worship (pūjā/abhisheka) according to one’s capacity.
