主宰(Īśa)独立安住于至高天界,凝然如树;由那位大灵的至上补卢沙,此一切宇宙被遍满而得圆成。

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Īśāna
Cosmic Event: Transcendent abiding: Īśa ‘in the highest heaven’ (parama-vyoman/paraṃ dhāma) while pervading the cosmos as its completeness.
It presents Shiva as the one, changeless Pati—steady like a tree—who transcends movement and limitation, yet pervades the whole cosmos, making it ‘complete.’ In Shaiva Siddhanta, this points to Shiva’s transcendence (beyond change) and immanence (present in all).
The Linga is worshipped as the stable, unmoving sign of the Supreme—‘stabdho’—while also representing the all-pervading Lord who fills the universe. Thus, Saguna worship (form, symbol, ritual) becomes a doorway to realizing the Nirguna, all-pervading Īśa indicated here.
Meditate on Shiva as the unmoving center of awareness while repeating the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), contemplating that the same Lord pervades all beings and worlds; this supports inner steadiness (sthāiratā) and liberation-oriented devotion.
