Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Bhairava
Type: stotra

Practice Rudra-dhyana with steady breath and japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), optionally wearing Rudraksha and applying Tripundra, contemplating that Shiva’s roar and power burn impurities and protect the devotee.
